Attorney Francesca Rocco has extensive experience in employment law gained at prestigious Italian law firms such as Daverio and Florio and Lablaw.
She assists companies on issues related to labor relations, mobility, business transfers, and personnel management during extraordinary transactions.
A graduate and doctorate in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, she has done research at KU Leuven, one of Europe’s leading universities.
She is the author of numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and has also co-authored new law proposals in the area of labor law.
